• 2 adults / 2 separate beds
• 2 children up to 12 completed years on extra beds or 3 adults
• 1 child up to 12 completed years (in certain configurations)

Children and third adult policy

• 1 child from 2 to 12 completed years is accommodated free of charge with two fully paying parents
• 2nd child: surcharge 30 EUR per night
• 3rd adult in apartment: surcharge 50% of the regular price for an adult

Reservation conditions

• Reservations are guaranteed with an advance payment of 200 EUR per reservation
• In case of cancellation 7 or fewer days before accommodation, the amount is not refunded
